NOASS

The Festival hosts outdoor and indoor screenings showing international video art in Riga. Last year’s edition featured screenings from Japan Media Arts Festival, Madatac Madrid, AG Kurztag, Addis Abba, Bad Video Art Festival, Alternative Film/Video and others across 10 screenings. The events this year are planned to run between July and September at the floating arts centre NOASS.
